• Freshen Up: Your dedicated time to unpack, change, and settle in. 
• Welcome Orientation: Meet the TL in the hostel social area for a relaxed chat covering local culture, safety, transport, and insider backpacker tips. 
• Local Area Walking Tour: A guided walk around the neighbourhood to pin down ATMs, pharmacies, convenience stores, and all the best local street food spots. 
• Onward Travel Chat: An informal intro to other amazing destinations and regional experiences available through Mango Tiger Travel. 
• Welcome Dinner. Your TL will also introduce you to the hostel's social calendar (think pub crawls, family dinners, games nights). 
• Ongoing Support: We activate your 24/7 WhatsApp channel with the TL team for instant local advice. 
• Overnight: Hanoi – Mad Monkey Hanoi (bed in 8-bed mixed shared dorm).

Day 2

• Guided City Experience: Join a shared local tour to discover the real charm and history of Hà Nội. 
• Key Sights: Check out the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, and the historic Temple of Literature. 
• Midday: lunch and socialize with the hostel’s crowd (on own expense). 
• Afternoon: Free on own arrangement 
• Digital Support: WhatsApp assistance remains active throughout the day for tips and questions; we’ve got your back. 
• Overnight: Hanoi – Mad Monkey Hanoi (bed in 8-bed mixed shared dorm).

• Final Support: Ongoing WhatsApp advice and next-step travel planning assistance. 
• Optional Future Add-ons: We can coordinate outbound airport transfers, ferry/bus bookings, or accommodation extensions for you. 
• Overnight: Hostel check-out concludes standard program services.
